‘RARNI’

Rarni was my first mal.   She came into my life just over 9 years ago...she was the dog I just had to have.

I decided that I was going to show her, even though I had NO IDEA what this confirmation showing was about.   I turned up on the appointed day, watched people running around the ring and thought OK I can do this, forget about stacking as I had no idea what that was or even  how to go about doing it, but we won our class and I was hooked.    

After gaining her championship title I decided to show her only sparingly as I wanted to concentrate on titling my other Mals.  

Her retirement show ended on a high note for all of us involved.   It was  in November, 1999 at the Alaskan Malamute Club of NSW Inc. Championship show.   She did us proud by  taking out a 25 point bitch challenge, (the maximum points you can gain) beating some of the top winning bitches of the time.   

Rarni is now the resident couch potato and oversee’s the running of the kennels.
